The new study "Online Shop Packaging Trends" of the eCommerce Competence Center, the consulting unit of Arvato Supply Chain Solutions, shows online shop packaging trends by means of an unboxing check. For this unboxing check, 50 test orders with online shops from the fashion and beauty industry were placed and their packaging, accompanying customer communication on and in the package, and the returns process were analyzed.
