How German online retailers deal with the current situation

For many online retailers, order volumes have been nosediving for the past several weeks, while some others have logged record sales. The fact is that there is growing uncertainty amongst online retailers as to how to deal with the current situation, which correct measures they should take and how to communicate. For this reason, the eCommerce Competence Center of Arvato Supply Chain Solutions carried out an analysis of 40 large online retailers in Germany and evaluated which measures these players are currently taking to deal with the corona crisis.
