Family & Career - The right balance makes the difference!

A family-friendly working environment is of great importance for the satisfaction and health of our employees.

The major challenges for parents in balancing family and work, such as a lack of care during regular working hours, have become particularly apparent in the COVID 19 pandemic. At Arvato SCS, we are therefore continuously developing support options for families to ensure a good work-life balance.

In addition to constantly raising awareness of these issues among our managers, we provide support in the form of greater flexibility in work arrangements, home office and a hybrid working model. In addition, we offer, for example, U3 childcare at our main sites in our "Hummelnest" in Gütersloh and in our "Spielscheune" in Marienfeld. Parent-child offices, vacation childcare options and part-time models also promote a good work-life balance among our employees.
